Neuro-sama and the filtered memories
I'm sorry Vedal. It's a platformer. please find it in your heart to forgive me.
* New bug feature discovered: pressing the "Give Weapon" button multiple times is not advised! *
Premise:
Many adventurers have adventured into the depths, but none make it back alive. However, mysteriously, their weapons have been found, but far away from any body. Your goal is to help Neuro-sama choose a lost weapon to bring into the (randomly generated) labyrinth, defeat monsters, and collect souls to commune with the dead and figure out who the weapon belongs to.
Tutorial:
Controls:
- A,D - Move left and right
- W,Space - Jump - - (Hold down to jump higher) - -
- S - Drop through one-way floor
- Shift - Hold to move slower
- Left click - Attack - - (Some attacks are aimed at the mouse) - -
By attacking enemies and collecting soul pick-ups, you gain souls (top right of screen), which you can use for communing with the dead.
When walking next to a gravestone, you will see into the body's thoughts, and see a mostly redacted description of their weapon. You can pay one soul to reveal one word in the message (left button on dialogue box). If you are confident that you carry the matching weapon, click the right dialogue box to confirm it, but be careful, selecting the wrong grave will result in a game-over.
You have five minutes to get souls, find the gravestones, figure out which gravestone is correct, and give the weapon to the grave.
You have ten health points, which are deducted when colliding with enemies or traps, if you reach zero, it will result in a game over.
Good luck!
