This is the post-[Neuro-sama Game Jam 2] version of the game. I'm releasing this after the jam concludes to avoid bias in ratings. This version has major bugfixes and some minor visual/audio changes, as well as a main menu (woah!).

The Neuro-SDK implementation is complete as far as I can tell! I was able to play through the game using the Tony program from the SDK so...

During testing I manually coded in "OS.set_environment("NEURO_SDK_WS_URL", "ws://localhost:8000")", and commented it out in the release, so I hope there's some other way of doing that outside the game itself.

The web version does not have the SDK implemented, only the Windows download. (Other than the Neuro-SDK implementation, there are no major differences, and the main game plays exactly the same)

Controls:

Left click + drag words in your hand to the center to build words.

Left click one or more words in the center of the screen to execute the action

Right click words in the center to return them to your hand

Left click the battery to end your turn

Hold space on your turn to attempt to remember words related to the enemy (permanently adding them to your deck)


All the programming and design was done by me.

Most sprites were entirely done by me, although some sprites are are/use screenshots that I "pixel-art-ified" (Scaled down, used a set palette, cleaned up)

The final boss theme and end scene music was done by me (feat. Vedal), the rest of the music from OpenGameArt.org
